Regulatory Information

Centinel Securities (Pvt) Ltd, incorporated on 22 April 2025. We are a TREC Certificate Holder of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), authorized to provide a complete range of ready and futures markets brokerage services under a digital-first model. Centinel Securities is a licensed Digital Only Securities Brokerage firm, licensed under the Securities Brokers (Licensing and Operations) Regulations, 2016 by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).

Centinel Securities has entered into a Facilitation & Collaboration Agreement with EClear Services Limited (ESL), a duly licensed Professional Clearing Member (PCM) from SECP under the Professional Clearing Members Regulations, 2020. ESL enables custody and settlement of trades executed at the PSX by Centinel Securities. As per the agreement signed on 04 July 2025, ESL has been appointed to provide settlement and custodial services on behalf of Centinel Securities.

Onboarding with CDC and NCCPL through EClear Services Limited (ESL) as Professional Clearing Member (PCM) has been completed and is duly in place. ESL provides custodial and settlement services for trades executed at PSX by Centinel Securities.
